Version ONE

I was working for a couple of weeks with VersionONE and I felt very comfortable using it.

It provides many tutorials videos which help you to understand the main aspects of Agile practices.

Version ONE divides the introduction to work with it in three steps:

  • Build the Backlog
  • Run a Sprint and
  • Report on progress

I have used Rallydev for last weeks and its power is based on
wonderful video tutorials which explain Agile concepts very clear and easy.

Futhermore, the tutorials and videos are separated by roles:

  • Administrators
  • Scrum Masters
  • Product Owners
  • Developers
  • Testers

To sum up, if you want to learn Agile using a tool you should check RallyDev
pivotal tracker logo

I used to work with Pivotal Tracker which is a simple, collaborative project management

from the experts in agile software development.

If you want to get excellent reports from Pivotal Tracker you can work with Insight logo with name

Insight works pretty easy:

  • provide your API key
  •    Sync your projects and

  •    Get your own dashboard!

Emanuel Petre told me they are planning to develop another API’s for other Agile tools like RallyDev
Do you want to implement a virtual Kanban board?

If your answer is yes I strongly recommend you to
use Leankit. This software is very helpful tool to gain visibility
about the user stories or requirements (it is up to the team).
LeanKit is a simple, visual project and process management
tool that allows organizations to easily visualize and
manage the flow of their work.
Basing on my own experience Leankit is very simple but
powerful tool which helps to work with remote teams or
if the team needs to be visible their progress with
other areas.
Furthermore, it can be used free allowing to work with
three boards.

If you want to learn in a few minutes about Leankit you
should watch this short video

the remarks on this page Agile Tools | Coaching Agile Teams.
I do have 2 questions for you if it’s okay. Is it only me or do some of these remarks appear as if
they are left by brain dead individuals? 😛 And, if you are posting on other
