Lean Coach

One event, Digital Thinking gave me the chance to run into with Adam Berk in Chile who is a great Lean guy and frequent traveler (he visited around eighty countries).

Read book is an excellent idea to study about a new and fascinating topic such as Lean but if you don’t practice on a workshop at least you never understand fully the concept.

First of all, I would like to introduce him using his Linkedin Summary

I am a Lean Entrepreneur. I am a Lean Teacher.

I teach start-up entrepreneurs and enterprise innovators how to apply Lean Startup methodologies in order to minimize waste, reduce risk and ultimately succeed faster. I help people design and run experiments, learn customer development by actually getting out of the building and doing interviews, and pushing people to think problem first solution second.

I built my first start-up backwards and used the methods I have been teaching to build my second start-up forwards. I had minimal revenue from neighborrow in 5 years and revenue from photogether the first day. Not the first day we launched, the first day I started working on it. Guess which one was lean. I travel the world mentoring, teaching, consulting and coaching teams and individuals at places like KauffmanLabs, TechPeaks, Bizdom, TurkishWIN, FastForward Ramallah, AOL, ESPN, NEWSCORP, AMEX and others who don’t want their competition to know just how valuable it can be to run the types of experiments I teach.

I am available for 1 minute helpouts about your problem statement, to 1 hour hands on hypothesis formation sessions with up to 50 people, to one day workshops to 1 month check ins to 1 year + advisory help. CONTACT ME

Specialties: Lean Startup, Customer Development, Two Sided Markets, A/B Testing, Landing Pages, Hypothesis Testing, Creative Problem Solving, Pricing, Social Media Marketing, Pricing Models,

I miss most of my direct messages on LinkedIn unfortunately. If you want to get my attention I read all my emails and always see public tweets to @adamberk (not DMs).

Why should you have to contact Adam Berk?

If you are planning a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), reduce your time, be more efficient or become an Entrepreneur or you have a great idea to create a new startup don’t hesitate and contact Adam Berk, he is your Lean Coach.

Fortunately, I did a workshop with him and I was astonished to validate a solution to one of my troubles in one hour.

I am all about helping companies to adopt agile as methodology in Chile.

I believe many organizations think that agile is not for Chilean companies because of Chilean culture is totally
different from i.e. USA culture but I worked with Chilean professionals who after using agile realized it is feasible
to implement it.

Agile works in small and large projects and there are many evidences which demonstrate this.
