There are many clients that want to improve their Agile knowledge but without hiring someone for a long term because every Company is run of money time to time and of course there are professionals whom have got certifications (that last a few days) as Product Owner, Scrum developer, Scrum Master but they need a coach to speed their roadmap.
What is the best approach to deal with this situation?
Well, as everything to hire a remote professional costs less than a local because the rates (in case you hire someone from South America or India, or Middle East, or Eastern Europe) are considerably different.
Many companies (less than I wish) have being in touch with me but because I haven’t got a Visa or EU passport or work permission they won’t hired me until now so I started wondering what can I do to figure it (he and their needs) out this.
The solution to deal with that is hiring Agile Virtual Coaching using Skype (or Google Hangout if you prefer) and using a common board of needs (Trello is a good option, for instance, Leankit and Kanbanize are others).
Later you can request evidence of my professional background that it is fair (go ahead and visit my Agile blog www.mariolucero.cl) but you will be able to deal with that hiring a few hours to check if I am the right Agile Coach for you (similar to MVP where you can develop the minimum viable product and launch to the market in order to validate it).
To sum it up, if you have a real issues about Kanban (when is good to do Retrospectives), Scrum (how to prioritize user stories i.e.) or Lean or Agile you only have to reach me at twitter (@metlucero), or Linkedin, or Gmail (metlucero [at] gmail [dot] com), or by Skype (metlucero is my id) to chat for a while about your needs.
Looking forward to hearing from you!!!!
