Reading this book (#Workout: Games, Tools & Practices to Engage People, Improve Work, and Delight Clients (Management 3.0) I have got a good feeling about the Management. Why? Because after working and coaching many companies that uses command and control approach I found a tool (several indeed) that every company can change their management.

First of all,this book was written by Jurgen Appelo.

Who is the author?

Leadership guru Jurgen Appelo calls himself a creative networker. Since 2008 Jurgen has penned a popular blog at www.noop.nl, covering the creative economy, agile management, and personal development. He is the author of the book Management 3.0, which describes the role of the manager in agile organizations. Then he wrote the booklet How to Change the World, which describes a supermodel for change management. Jurgen is CEO of the business network Happy Melly, and co-founder of the Agile Lean Europe network and the Stoos Network for better leaders. He is also a speaker who is regularly invited to talk at business seminars and conferences around the world

Why do you read this book?

How can your organisation be a little bit more like Pixar, Spotify, Netflix, Zappos, or Virgin? Is there something I can do to get a better company culture? Better team collaboration? Better change management?
