As Agile Coach I need to have good conversations with my clients in order to deliver value to them. Sometimes I have struggled with tough conversations where I need to keep my control to avoid future problems. I know it is hard for everyone but you have to consider that as Coach I can’t overreact to my clients. However, when someone is yelling me I need to be quiet and be aware of the cause.
