Based on the recommendation from Alejandro De Zunzunegui Founder & Co Owner en THE LEAN LAB LTD I bought this great book called:

Business Model Generation: A Handbook for Visionaries, Game Changers, and ChallengersKindle Edition

Alejandro works as Lean Coach consultant and he use the Lean Startup approach to help companies to move to digital transformation and Lean is the best approach to do it.

Furthermore,  a friend of mine located in Chile as myself (I’m originally from Argentina but living in Chile since many years ago) called Ruben SanRoman decided to build an startup. After reading a couple of chapters from this book I suggested to Ruben to buy it and read very carefully before building his “Business Model Canvas”.

I prefer to use the “Amazon introduction” about this amazing book instead of my words.

I believe many organizations think that agile is not for Chilean companies because of Chilean culture is totally
different from i.e. USA culture but I worked with Chilean professionals who after using agile realized it is feasible
